All orders are hand-packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you do not receive the product within 60 days after the shipping instead of refund we will send a new mask without any charges.
We might not send a new mask in case of error in the delivery address of the first order. Errors in the address must be reported before shipping.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a defect, please contact us by email email@example.com within 48 hours from the date you received it for instructions on receiving a replacement. All defective products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by Ovylux – no exceptions.
